Which countries are supported?
The United Kingdom plus all 27 EU member states. Each country uses the correct standard VAT rate, currency, and local tax label (VAT, TVA, MwSt, IVA, BTW…).
How are VAT rates applied?
Standard rates are applied automatically based on your selected region (e.g. UK 20%, DE 19%, FR 20%, IT 22%). You can also set a custom rate override in Settings.
Do invoices get emailed automatically?
Yes. Turn on auto-send in Settings to email customers their invoice as soon as an order is paid, or send any invoice manually from the Invoices page.
Can I export my data?
Yes — invoices and reports can be exported to CSV for your accountant, and every invoice is available as a professional PDF.
